  I went to June after a long spell with lower back pain and several physical therapy sessions. I noticed some folks at the physical therapy place were getting their trouble areas massaged. Of course my insurance wouldn't cover that. I called Total Freedom Wellness Spa, explained my situation and June got me scheduled. At the first visit, she provided a questionnaire. She explained what the spa had to offer, including the vibration machine, the infrared sauna, stretch class, and deep tissue massage. She explained what was happening with the muscles and myofascial release. She can feel the problem areas and work them without even telling her the precise pain location. June and Daynette are very personable and professional. Alot less pain and no pills. Yay! I came there to feel better, not relax, but left feeling better and relaxed. I highly recommend!!!

  This place is a haven, and Daynette is incredible. I’ve had massages all over the country and different parts of the world, and this place is hands-down the best one I’ve ever had. Ever! In PRATTVILLE, of all places.
  
  I live in DC but am home for the holidays, and on Christmas Night I felt so tense and sore from general holiday prep and the stress associated with it, so I knew I needed a massage. But lately I’ve been leaving any massage appointment I have feeling like I didn’t get anything out of it, leaving me very wary of booking my next appointment. Thank God I found Total Freedom Wellness, because now I know where I can go to get a world-class deep tissue massage.
  
  Booking couldn’t have been easier. I found Total Wellness on Google, booked my appointment online, and was able to see Daynette this morning.
  
  Best decision I could’ve made. It hurt so good. She worked out the numerous trigger points in my shoulders and hips, leaving me with that “good pain” that everyone wants out of a massage. She found a trigger point next to my shoulder blade that sent a BURNING referred pain sensation down my right arm. It was so weird- but so wonderful.
  
  After it was over, I immediately booked my next appointment for Friday morning. I couldn’t leave town without paying Daynette one last visit. It can’t get here soon enough! So glad I found this place- would highly recommend.
